CA Lag Spikes and crashes

Hi I need help with CA it keeps on crashing and lagging I tried re-installing it but that did not work... please help me

Please provide us the specifications of your computer along with Operating System, Graphics Card, RAM, and Processor. This all can be found from "Start > Computer > Right Click Computer > Properties" For Graphics card "Start > Run > type in dxdiag > Display". We need all the details about your computer to identify the complication.
